Service Description

Feeling stretched thin? Constantly juggling work, family, and endless to-do lists? This is your invitation to pause and step gently into the forest. Join me for a Forest Bathing experience, inspired by the Japanese practice of Shinrin-yoku — a slow, mindful immersion in nature designed to calm the nervous system, reduce stress, and restore inner balance. During our time together, we’ll move at a gentle pace, guided by simple sensory invitations that help you notice the sights, sounds, textures, and scents of the forest. You’ll reconnect with the rhythm of nature and with yourself, allowing the quiet presence of the woodland to support deep relaxation and reflection. No hiking. No pressure. Just mindful walking, breathing, and being present. Along the way, we may explore the trees, plants, and natural rhythms of the forest, discovering subtle details that are often overlooked in everyday life. We’ll conclude with a grounding herbal tea ceremony, giving you a moment to settle, reflect, and carry the calm and connection of the forest with you as you return to daily life.
