Nature Connection Workshop October 25th

Service Description

Join our workshop in a most secret garden in Dublin to relax and spark your creativity! The workshop starts with shinrin-yoku, a forest bathing experience in the beautiful settings of Trinity College Botanic Gardens. The experience will be followed by a herbal tea ceremony and the creation of an autumnal pumpkin arrangement, to celebrate Halloween. By participating in the Nature Connection Workshop you will learn, new ways to tune into nature on an emotional level and draw nature and peace into yourself. What's included: • peaceful and private space to relax and enjoy nature • guided forest bathing session • herbal tea with vegan treats • small pumpkin • selection of fresh flowers • seasonal greenery • floral accessories Fee: €75 per person The workshop can last up to 4 hrs (depending on the weather and group dynamics).
