Experience the festive season mindfully and creatively this year! The workshop will explore our intrinsic connectedness to nature by using our senses in the mindful practice of forest bathing. We will explore how nature brings meaning to our lives and spark some festive creativity. Course participants will learn to harness this creative spark by creating a fresh and fragrant Christmas wreath to celebrate the festive season. Tickets are €95 per person and include: 🌲 A peaceful and private space to relax and enjoy nature during the forest bathing experience ⭐️ Herbal tea with vegan, homemade cookies and gingerbread cake 🌲 Selection of fresh conifer foliage ⭐️ Seasonal botanical greenery 🌲 Floral elements for Christmas wreath decoration ⭐️ Florist accessories including wreath base and wires Date & Time: Friday 8th December Start at 10 am. Place: Trinity Botanic Gardens, 27 Palmerston Park Dartry, Dublin 6. The workshop can last up to 4 hrs (depending on the weather and group dynamics).
