Spring Mindful Hike - March 1st

Service Description

Join us on welcoming Spring in Derrybawn and Glendalough on our Mindful Hike! This hike is all about relaxing and unwinding in nature, discovering Springtime awakening in nature and ourselves. On the day we combine forest bathing, calm and largely silent practice, designed to help you to relax and restore your inner peace, with a slow mindful walk, where we will notice flora, fauna and and landscape. This hike is moderate/medium grade (steep in parts). Please make sure you wear ankle support/walking boots. Duration: about 4-5 hours (depending on the weather and group dynamics) This is a fully outdoor activity. You will receive an email with parking details and what to bring with you.
