At Nature To Go we work towards bringing people back to the natural world by using the five pathways of nature connection: senses, emotions, beauty, meaning and compassion.
We offer a range of activities ranging from forest bathing in Dublin Parks through group hikes in the Wicklow or Dublin Mountains, to Nature Connection Workshops in place of your choice.
Research suggests that people experiencing higher nature connection levels are usually happier and more likely to lead more balanced and healthier lives. The study showed that spending 120 minutes per week in natural environments is enough to do just that.
Fáilte Ireland - June 2023
I had the opportunity to celebrate the summer solstice in the unique woodlands of Yew Point at Hodson Bay Hotel in Athlone and lead the team from Fáilte Ireland during the forest bathing experience in this beautiful piece of Ireland. The group had the chance to glance over the sunny shores of Lough Ree and experience the rainfall under the canopy of native trees.

Trinity College Dublin, Student Counselling Services - October/November 2023
I planned, organised and facilitated the first-ever six-week forest bathing workshop for postgraduate students at Trinity College Dublin, at the Trinity College Botanic Gardens.
Each week's 2hrs long forest bathing session focused on different aspects of our senses, making the workshop engaging and versatile. During the classes, students learned simple and effective nature-based relaxation techniques and explored the importance of nature in our wellbeing.
