Sound, Sight and Smell: Connecting with Nature through Senses with Kamila from Nature To Go.

Book with Axe Club
Glendalough

Service Description

Slow down. Breathe deep. Let the forest around you become your guide. In this gentle, sensory-driven session, we invite you to immerse yourself fully in the woodland and riverside atmosphere. Through carefully curated prompts and guided exercises, you’ll explore how to: Hone your listening - catch the whispers of leaves, water, wildlife, wind Awaken your sight - notice shading, textures, subtle movements, shifting light Engage your sense of smell - earth, moss, bark, hidden aromas carried on the breeze Sink into a state of present awareness - noticing how your body and mind respond Anchor your inner calm - drawing on forest rhythms to feel grounded, centered, refreshed Expect an experience that is part meditation, part nature awareness walk, part invitation to slow and awaken. The forest becomes both classroom and sanctuary, encouraging you to reweave the threads between your senses and the natural world. By the end, you'll likely feel more aware, more present, and more connected — not just to nature around you, but to the stillness within. This session is part of the Glendalough Fireside Talks at Axe Club — an evening of forest immersion, sauna, pizza and meaningful connection under the stars.
