The Autumn Nature Connection Workshop will help you to relax and spark your creativity in a most secret garden in Dublin. By participating in this autumn workshop, you will discover a new way to engage with nature on an emotional level, actively welcoming the season into yourself. The workshop focuses on exploring nature connectedness through the sensual practice of forest bathing, reflecting on how the autumn landscape brings meaning to our lives, and sparking creativity with a pumpkin flower arrangement – finding beauty through seasonal art creation. What's included: • peaceful and private space to relax and enjoy nature • guided forest bathing session • herbal tea with vegan treats • pumpkin (as the natural vase) • biodegradable floral foam • seasonal flowers • autumn greenery The workshop can last up to 3 hrs (depending on the weather and group dynamics).
